Start with our Prolog, visiting Saint Augustine, Florida, where we kept Dakota
Rose for the year before we left, prepping her for our trip.

Then join us as we leave St. Augustine on January 11, 2005, and travel down
the Atlantic Coast of Florida to Fort Lauderdale.
We cross the Gulf Stream from Fort Lauderdale to the Bimini Islands, in the
Bahamas, then transit the Grand Bahamas Bank to Nassau, via the Berry
Islands.
From Nassau we work our way south, island-hopping, first visiting Eleuthera, in
the central Bahamas, then the Exumas of southern Bahamas, and on to the
Bahamas Far Horizons.
The Turks and Caicos Islands, a long day's sail from the Bahamas, are our next
destination as we continued to sail south.
Then, it's on to Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and the entire island chain of the
Caribbean ... at which point, we go where our whims of the moment (and, the
time available) take us!
